NEWS.10.21.99 The Battle begins. RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE is going on tour to promote their new album, The Battle of Los Angeles (Epic), scheduled for release on November 2. The tour begins on Halloween in Washington, DC and continues through December 19. Free LIMP BIZKIT! Rolling Stone reports that singer Fred Dursts attorney, Earl Gray (not to be confused with the tea), pleaded not guilty on Freds behalf to charges of assault and disorderly conduct before the Ramsey County Court in St. Paul, Minnesota, October 18. Durst allegedly assaulted a security guard during a July tour date in St. Paul. A trial date has been set for December 20. WHOs back in the studio? THE WHO, thats who.
